One of Champions Sports Performance's first athletes, Daniel McArthur, was a middle school kid living in Mooresville, NC ready to become faster & stronger. Being a taller and bigger kid, Daniel and his parents knew he needed to work on his overall movement, so they enrolled him in Champions. Daniel went on to high school and competed in four different sports (football, lacrosse, track and field, and wrestling). He won the Indoor state champion in the shot put and was invited to the Indoor New Balance Nationals. Adding to the list of accomplishments, he was a 3-Time Regional Champion and 2-time All-Conference in track and field.

Off the field, Daniel's leadership & community was top-class and was voted to be a Team Captain for 5 years in a row. He double majored in Exercise Sport Science and Interpersonal and Organizational Communications.
Now in 2023, Daniel is training to compete in the Olympics and is excited to give back to the gym where he first learned to train 12 years ago.
