Cutting-Edge Technology for Real Athlete Results
At Champions Sports Performance we pair elite coaching with industry-leading technology so athletes train smarter, not just harder. Whether you’re a youth athlete trying to gain an edge, a high school player chasing a college scholarship, or an adult competitor rebuilding speed and power, our facility uses the latest validated tools to measure, program, and track real performance gains. Data drives every plan — objective testing + individualized coaching = faster progress and fewer plateaus.
How we use technology to get results
Every athlete at Champions gets a testing-based roadmap. We start with objective baseline tests, build a program tailored to those metrics, and continually retest so training stays specific and optimized. Technology gives instant, reliable feedback for coaches and athletes — faster decisions, clearer goals, and accountability that converts practice into measurable improvement.
Our tech suite — what it is and how we use it
VALD - SmartSpeed Gates (SmartSpeed) — Next-generation timing gates
Electronic timing for sprints, splits, and flying 10s. SmartSpeed allows us to precisely measure acceleration and top-end velocity — critical when programming sprint mechanics and monitoring improvements session-to-session.
VALD - ForceDecks (ForceDecks) — Portable, powerful force plates
ForceDecks give us jump force, rate of force development, asymmetries, and ground-contact characteristics. We use force-plate data to tailor plyometric progressions, monitor fatigue, and quantify power increases — not guesswork.
OUTPUT (Output Sports) — Velocity Based Training
Output combines hardware and software for Velocity Based Training (VBT), jump testing, and program delivery. With OUTPUT we prescribe loads and tempos based on bar or implement velocity, allowing auto-adjustment of intensity for daily readiness and precise power development.
VBT uses real-time velocity feedback to set intensity and measure effort. Instead of relying solely on percentages, our coaches prescribe target velocities and ranges so every rep trains the right quality: explosive power, speed-strength, or strength. This reduces unnecessary grinding loads and optimizes power adaptation.
BlazePods — Reaction lights for agility and reflex training
BlazePods are an interactive light-reaction system we use for sport-specific decision-making, start-reaction drills, and multi-directional quickness. They let us blend perceptual training with physical skills — faster reactions plus better movement.

VertiMax — Resistance training for speed and vertical power
VertiMax systems let athletes train resisted sprinting, lateral acceleration, and vertical power with consistent, measurable resistance. We use VertiMax for transfer-focused work that improves stride mechanics, takeoff force, and sprint force application.
Tidal Tanks — Instability & movement quality training
Tidal Tanks create an unstable, aquatic-resistance environment that challenges balance, core control, and joint stability. They are ideal for movement re-education, rehab progression, and improving athletic control under reactive conditions.

InBody — Professional body composition analysis
Our InBody analyzer provides precise measures of lean mass, fat mass, segmental muscle distribution, and hydration. InBody testing helps set realistic body-composition goals, track progress, and inform nutrition and training adjustments.

What that means for your training (clear benefits)
-
Objective baseline & ongoing tracking: Know what to improve and see exactly how you’ve improved.
-
More efficient sessions: Technology shortens the guesswork — every rep has purpose.
-
Reduced injury risk: Early detection of asymmetry and deficits allows timely correction.
-
Individualized intensity: VBT & Output let us auto-adjust loads to how you perform each day.
-
Faster transfer to sport: Testing informs exercises that directly improve on-field metrics like sprint time, jump height, and reactive agility.
