Jump Start ( Ages 7–11 )
Building the Foundation for Long-Term Athletic Success
Jump Start is our entry-level program for young athletes. The focus is on learning how to move well, develop coordination, and build confidence—without overloading growing bodies.

Athletes will:

Learn proper running, jumping, and landing mechanics

Improve balance, coordination, and body control

Build confidence in a positive, encouraging environment

Be introduced to structured training the right way​

Total Performance ( Ages 12–14 )
Speed, Agility, and Athletic Development
Total Performance is designed for middle school athletes who are ready to train with more structure and intensity—while still emphasizing technique and movement quality.
Athletes will:

Improve speed, acceleration, and change of direction

Develop athletic strength using bodyweight and light resistance

Learn proper sprinting and agility mechanics

Gain confidence competing and training with peers
This program bridges the gap between youth training and more advanced strength work.

Middle School Strength
Safe, Structured Strength Training for Growing Athletes
Our Middle School Strength program meets the growing demand for strength training done safely and correctly.
This program includes:

Two dedicated strength training sessions per week

Small group sizes for hands-on coaching

Focus on technique, posture, and controlled progression

Oversight by an expert strength coach with advanced education

Unlimited Total Performance speed classes
This is not “lifting heavy”—it’s learning how to train for long-term success.

Elite Sports Performance ( Ages 15-18 )
Training for High School and College-Bound Athletes
Elite Sports Performance is our most advanced program, designed for athletes preparing for high-level competition.

Athletes will:
