The Total Performance Program at Champions Sports Performance is designed for middle school athletes who are ready to take the next step in their athletic development.

This program builds on the foundations learned in Jump Start and introduces more structured speed, agility, and strength training—while still prioritizing proper technique, safety, and long-term development.

Total Performance is ideal for athletes who:

Group sizes are capped to ensure athletes receive real coaching and feedback every session.
Total Performance is offered through structured group training. Small Group and Private Training options may be available based on schedule and coach recommendation.
