Every athlete who trains at Champions Sports Performance begins with a Performance Evaluation. This allows our coaching staff to understand your athlete’s current movement quality, strength, speed, and overall athletic readiness.
Rather than guessing or placing athletes into a one-size-fits-all program, the evaluation gives us the information needed to recommend the safest and most effective training path based on age, experience, and goals.

Finding the Right Program for Your Athlete
Athletes develop at different rates, and training needs change as they grow. Based on the evaluation, our coaches will guide you toward the program that best matches your athlete’s age, experience level, and goals.
Programs range from foundational movement and coordination for younger athletes to structured strength and performance training for middle school, high school, and advanced competitors.
