Fall 6-Week Challenge

Did you know? Champions Sports Performance has offered adults in the community a safe, effective, and rewarding adult fitness program for 12+ years? That's right! We don't only train youth athletes!


We are excited to announce we are filling up 20 spots for ages 30+, 40+, 50+, and 60+ for a Fall 6 Week Challenge!


Are you someone who struggles working out? Are you someone who feels uncomfortable with their weight and as a result battles with high self-esteem? Are you someone who has never lifted a weight in their life or it has been decades since you have done so? Are you someone who wants to live a long, happy, and healthy life for their loved ones, kids, and even grandkids?


If you said yes to any of the questions above then you may be a good fit for our 6 Week Fall Challenge!


What is included in the challenge you ask?

- Trainer led workouts 3x per week

- Nutritional Guidance (created by a registered dietician)

- Weekly accountability check-ins


How do I get started?

When are classes?

- M-TH : 6 am, 7am, 8 am, 9:30 am, Noon, 5:30 pm

- F : 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 9:30 am, Noon

- Sat : 8 am, 9 am


How long are classes?

- 1 hour includes a warm-up that focuses on soft-tissue prep & mobility!
