Middle School Strength Program Structure

  • Certified coaches leading every session

  • 2 strength training sessions per week designed to complement each other

    • Choose (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday)

  • Progressive age-appropriate strength program that builds over time

  • Focus on technique before load

  • Small group training with a max of 8 athletes per session

  • Unlimited Total Performance speed classes

  • Athletes track their training in the TrainHeroic app

  • Select metrics monitored using VALD technology
