Our Services

Step 1: Introductory Call

We start with a conversation to understand your athlete’s goals, training background, and expectations. This helps us determine if our program is the right fit and allows us to schedule the next step—the comprehensive evaluation.

Step 2: Evaluation

Every new athlete undergoes a 45 min - 1 hour evaluation, where we assess key performance areas and identify opportunities for improvement. Afterward, we sit down with both the athlete and parents to review results, set training goals, and outline the best path forward.

Step 3: Training Plan & Progress Tracking

Once in the program, we reassess our athletes every three months at no additional cost to track progress and adjust their training plan as needed. This data-driven approach ensures consistent improvement and keeps athletes on the path to peak performance.
