Jump Start enhances speed, strength, and confidence through fun, dynamic exercises tailored for kids. Our program combines engaging activities with positive reinforcement to help children build their physical skills and self-assurance.
Total Performance boosts speed, strength, and confidence with advanced, engaging training sessions. By integrating challenging exercises with motivational support, our program helps teens enhance their physical abilities and self-confidence.
Our High School program focuses on the regression and progression of our signature speed & strength training methods. At this level, certified Parisi Performance Coaches use their knowledge and experience to individualize training for their athletes based on their abilities and specific goals.
SMALL GROUP
TRAINING FOR ATHLETES
Experience the benefits of small group training with our Semi-Private sessions (1-4 athletes). Each athlete follows a personalized program designed by our certified performance coaches, ensuring focused attention and tailored progression.

Sessions include a comprehensive warm-up featuring mobility, flexibility, and soft tissue work, followed by targeted training in speed, agility, strength, power, and conditioning.

LITTLE CHAMPIONS
Welcome to the Little Champions program! Designed specifically for children ages 4 – 6, this program focuses on developing foundational skills through fun and engaging activities.
